The Xbox Series S 1TB SSD console that was revealed earlier in June at the Xbox Showcase will soon be available in India. Ahead of the launch, a listing with the Indian price has been found online. Here are the details.
Price and Launch Date
The Microsoft store has now listed the new 1TB SSD Xbox Series S console, which means that its price in India has been revealed. We can see that the Xbox Series S 1TB version will be available at INR 38,990 ERP starting from the 1st of September 2023.
As was announced at the Xbox Showcase during the Summer Game Fest, the console will be available in Carbon Black colour. Every purchase will include an Xbox Wireless Controller, also in Carbon Black, and a high-speed HDMI cable.
The Microsoft Store will redirect you to Amazon and Flipkart to make your purchases once the console is out in the market. These e-retailers however haven’t yet listed the new 1TB SSD Xbox Series S.
The Xbox Series S is Microsoft’s next-gen console, and is the smaller, version of the Xbox Series X. With 512 GB SSD storage and up to 1TB SSD expandable storage the console is optimised for gaming at 120 FPS, with up to 4K resolution. It is available at INR 34,9990 ERP in India, via Amazon and Flipkart e-retail stores.
