xbox twitter: Among Us could get a Halo crossover – Times of India

Among Us was the social deduction-cum-murder mystery game that rose in popularity last year and had actually become one of the most popular mobile games in the world. Now, it seems like the game is all set to get a fresh content update, with a partnership with the Halo franchise. The Twitter handle of the game recently posted with a screenshot of the game attached where you can see an Among Us character with the name “Spartan117” in Master Chief’s armour, with a weapon that seems to be a Halo-inspired one too. The tweet reads:
“watch out
@Halo
the Impostor is coming for u… very soon.”

Also, the Xbox Twitter account also posted an Among Us screenshot, asking “Master Chief, you mind telling us what you’re doing on this ship?”

From the teaser, it looks likely that Among Us could add Halo-themed gear and accessories soon. There might even be a new Halo-inspired game mode, if we are allowed to stretch our imagination a bit. With a partnership with Microsoft, the Among Us team looks set to expand the limits of their game studio. A Halo crossover could also bring in new players to the murder-mystery game as Halo Infinite came out a bit recently only, considering the launches in the franchise, and has seen a renewed interest in the player base.
