Xiaomi is all set to launch its flagship smartphone in India soon. The Chinese smartphone maker has confirmed that it will launch the Xiaomi 12 Pro in India on April 27. Here’s all you need to know about the upcoming high-end smartphone from Xiaomi.
How many smartphones will Xiaomi launch?
Xiaomi 12 series of smartphones consist of three phones — Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi 12X. Presently, the company has only confirmed the launch of the Xiaomi 12 Pro and there’s no word about the launch of the other two Xiaomi 12 series smartphones.
What is the likely price of Xiaomi 12 Pro?
As per various online rumours, Xiaomi 12 Pro is said to be priced under Rs 75,000 and the smartphone is said to come in Purple, Blue, and Gray colour options.
What are the specifications of Xiaomi 12 Pro?
Xiaomi has already launched the Xiaomi 12 Pro globally. So, the company is expected to launch the same variant in India as well.
Xiaomi 12 Pro runs Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of MIUI 13. The premium smartphone sports a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor with f/1.9 aperture, a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 50MP portrait camera with f/1.9 aperture. The front is home to a 32MP selfie camera.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor coupled with up to 12GB of RAM. The flagship smartphone comes in two storage options — 128GB and 256GB.
The smartphone features dual speakers tuned by Harman Kardon. Xiaomi 12 Pro packs a 4600mAh battery with 20W wired fast charging and 50W wireless second charging support.
Xiaomi 12 Pro comes with a 6.73-inch full HD+ display with 1440×3200 pixel resolution. The display comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top.
