The alleged Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro are China and global models. It could be that Xiaomi has already started working on the successors of the Xiaomi 12 series. The company could be a frontrunner to adopt the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset. Unfortunately, the listing doesn’t reveal much else about the phones just yet. We hope the chipset will solve the heating and throttling issues that Snapdragon 8 Gen1 is currently facing. For those unaware, the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset was built on Samsung’s 4nm process, which seems to be the root cause for this. The camera on the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro may see upgrades as well thanks to the company’s latest partnership with Leica.
