xiaomi: Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite NE 5G to launch tomorrow: Event details, features and more – Times of India

Smartphone maker Xiaomi is set to expand its smartphone portfolio with the launch of a new mid-range device in India. Dubbed Xiaomi Mi 11 NE 5G, the smartphone was first unveiled at Xiaomi’s global launch event last month alongside the Mi 11T and Mi 11T Pro.
The upcoming smartphone from Xiaomi is apparently a revised version of Mi 11 Lite launched earlier this year. It also offers almost a similar set of features.
The company will announce the smartphone tomorrow (September 29) via an online event. The event will be streamed on both YouTube and the company’s official website.
Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite NE 5G: Expected specifications
As far as features are concerned, Xiaomi is teasing this smartphone as a lightweight 5G device. The smartphone is also expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset
The smartphone is expected to feature a 6.55-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support.
In terms of camera, the device is speculated to come with a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 5MP tele macro lens. At the front, there will be a 20MP sensor for taking selfies.
Other features of the smartphone are usual like 5000mAh battery, 33W fast charging support, Android 11 operating system with MIUI 12.5 custom user interface and more.
