yilong ma: Elon Musk wants to meet ‘Elong Musk’ – Times of India
Tesla CEO Elon Musk has a doppelgänger. Actually, he has a doppelgänger, who is from China. We are talking about Yilong Ma, a Chinese hailing from the province of Hebei who went viral on Douyin, a TikTok-like platform, due to an uncanny resemblance with the tech billionaire. Yilong Ma is on TikTok too with the username ‘Elong Musk’ and has over 230,000 followers. Plus, he’s even called himself “China’s Elon Musk” in one of his videos on the platform, as per a report by Business Insider.
Eventually, Elon Musk also got to know about the man last year through the viral video where Yilong Ma is seen standing next to a car, which prompted him to tweet that he may be “partly Chinese”. But recently, a Twitter user brought up Yilong Ma again through this tweet.

In response to the tweet, Musk tweeted: “I’d like to meet this guy (if he is real). Hard to tell with deepfakes these days”.

Yilong Ma (the social media accounts in his name, rather) is reportedly very enthusiastic when it comes to sharing his thoughts on the striking resemblance with Elon Musk and has called him “my brother” and “my bro” in his posts. Yilong has said that his English is not that good, actually “awful” and that he needs an English teacher.
“I am here. I want very much to see you too! I love you, you are my hero,” he also reportedly wrote on Weibo, responding to Musk’s tweet.
