Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom Receives Rare Discount
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the King is the first Switch game to carry a $70, but right now you can find it for just $60 at Costco. Not everyone will qualify for the deal, but if you do, this is the best way to pick up Link’s latest adventure. Alternatively, you can grab Tears of the Kingdom for $63 at GameFly (brand-new copy).
This $10 discount is only offered to Costco members. If you’re not a member, you’ll see a $3 surcharge on your purchase–which brings the total to $63. That’s still cheaper than most other retailers, although it matches the aforementioned GameFly
Costco orders are expected to arrive within a week, although that could vary widely based on your location. All told, Costco’s Tears of the Kingdom deal is tied for the best deal we’ve seen for the latest Zelda game. In fact, we haven’t seen a deal this good since before launch more than a month ago.
While you’re checking out the Costco catalog, you’ll also want to take a peek at this $100 Nintendo eShop Gift Card discount, which lets you snag four $25 gift cards for just $80 (5% added surcharge for non-members). That’s essentially $20 of free cash, although you’ll be limited to two per Costco member. You also need to add all the cash to one eShop account–so don’t expect to buy these as a gift and pass them out to friends or family. But if you want to load up your eShop bank account for the busy holiday season, this is an easy recommendation.
Unlike Tears of the Kingdom, this eShop product is issued within hours of purchase and your code will be sent electronically to your registered email address.
The eShop deal ends on June 18, while there’s no end date advertised for the Tears of the Kingdom price cut. Be sure to head over in the next few days so you don’t miss out on some of the best prices we’ve seen for these products.
