Amazon Prime Video’s Made in Heaven Season 2 officially announced

Amazon Prime’s ‘Made in Heaven’ is finally coming back with another season. The show first aired in 2019, and it soon became a big hit. Filming for Made in Heaven Season 2 was supposed to start in 2020 but work stopped due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Amazon has now confirmed that the second season of Made in Heaven will release soon. 

Made in Heaven Season 2 announced 

Amazon Prime Video announced on Twitter the second season of Made in Heaven. It has however not given a release date yet. But with the official announcement out, it shouldn’t be long now. There’s no trailer either, so fans will have to wait for some time to even get a preview of what season 2 has in store. The teaser announcement just contains an image with dried roses that really doesn’t tell anything. 

Made in Heaven Season 2 cast

Made in Heaven Season 2 will continue with the cast from the first season. Starring Sobhita Dhulipala as Tara Khanna, Arjun Mathur as Karan Mehra, Kalki Koechlin as Faiza Naqvi, Jim Sarbh as Adil Khanna, Shashank Arora as Kabir Basrai, and Shivani Raghuvanshi as Jaspreet “Jazz” Kaur. 

Made in Heaven Season 2: what to expect

For those unaware, Made in Heaven is about the lives of two wedding planners, Tara and Karan. It’s a romantic drama where we get to see Tara and Karan not only navigate through their lives but also the drama behind the lavish weddings that they plan. The show is packed with different elements that involves infidelity, cheating, homosexuality, and more. Made in Heaven Season 1 had a total of nine episodes, and the same can be expected from the second season as well. 

Made in Heaven has been created by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, and produced by Excel Entertainment. It’s the fourth original Indian series created by Amazon Prime Video.
