iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max Roundup: Here’s all that we know about the upcoming Apple flagship so far – Smartprix

Apple’s iPhone 14 Series is still far away, but the rumors around the iPhone 14 Series devices have already started circulating in the market. Some reports mention design, while others mention camera changes. Let us have a look at what we know so far.

iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max Design

The latest reports suggest that Apple will have a-round punch-hole and a pill-shaped cutout for the display. Ross Young, an analyst for Display Supply Chain Consultants has said that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will use not one but two similar yet different designs on the display. There will be a punch hole- a single, circular hole and a cutout in the shape of a pill, which was earlier seen on phones like Samsung Galaxy S10+.

The hole+pill design will be unique to iPhone 14 Pro models only. Since both these designs have never been used together earlier, this can make iPhone 14 design unique. According to some previous reports, the punch-hole will be on the right with a camera inside it, while the pill-shaped cutout will be on the left and house the Face ID system.

iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max Camera Specs

The iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max might have the biggest camera upgrade to date. According to a report by MacRumors, Apple is all set to upgrade the cameras on its pro models, which will lead to a 48MP primary wide-angle camera. They will have  12MP ultrawide and telephoto sensors too. Apple is said to bring 4 models in iPhone 14 Series, but the Mini variant won’t be a part of it.

iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max Expected Price

The price of the iPhone 14 Pro models might be about 100 dollars higher than its successors. Some tipsters claim that the difference between the prices of iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 models can be even more than 100 dollars, due to an increase in production costs.

According to a tweet by LeaksApplePro, iPhone 14 will start at 799 dollars, iPhone 14 Max will start at 899 dollars, iPhone 14 Pro will start at 1099 dollars and the top-end iPhone 14 Pro Max will be priced at 1199 dollars.  iPhone 14 Max model seems to be a new one as there are no earlier models by this name.
