NEW DELHI: The earwear category showed impressive growth in the third quarter and Ptron retained its fifth position as its shipments grew 81.9% during the quarter. In order to further enhance its position, the company has launched its latest pair of affordable true wireless earbuds in the country.
The company has launched the Ptron Bassbuds Duo in the country. The earbuds come with easy touch controls and inbuilt HD mics. The device sports a sweat and splash resistant design.
The true wireless earbuds also promise to offer a balanced sound experience.
Price and availability
The company has priced the new Ptron Bassbuds Duo TWS at Rs 2,200. However, as part of an introductory offer, the customers can purchase the earbuds at Rs 799. The device can be purchased online from Amazon.in and Ptron’s official website. Customers can get the true wireless earbuds in Black, Blue and White colour options.
Ptron Bassbuds Duo features
Ptron Bassbuds Duo comes with a 13mm dynamic drive unit which claims to offer stereo sound and balanced bass experience. The true wireless earbuds offer passive noise cancellation and feature inbuilt HD microphones for stereo and mono calls.
Ptron Bassbuds Duo comes with a lightweight and in-ear design. The TWS support Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity and offer 10 meters of operating distance. The device offers easy touch controls which allow users to control music, volume, answer and reject calls and also activate the voice assistant.
The true wireless earbuds come with IPX4 rating which makes the earbuds water and sweat-resistant. The earbuds house a USB Type C charging port and are backed by a 35mAh battery in each earbud. The company claims that the earbuds can offer a total 15 hours of music playback and takes around 1.5 hours to charge completely.
